菲律賓之行第一天

到了菲律賓，來到位於大馬尼拉區奧地嘉市（Ortigas City）的兩年前住過的Crown Plaza Galleria Manila，對附近街道的印象，卻大部分還是得從頭開始。
出國前一天的11號，晚上完全沒睡，回家收拾行李，又很愚蠢的在還沒先記下密碼鎖號碼的情況下，就把全總送的旅行箱給鎖起來了。短短三個號碼，我試了半個多小時，鎖卻仍然文風不動，不得已只好放棄，改用舊的行李箱，但不幸的是時間也因此延誤了許久。隨便收了東西，把手提電腦和相機包都塞了進去，沖了個澡，趕緊出去叫計程車。出門時已經超過八點，唯一的選擇就是直接叫計程車到機場了。

In Miyazaki, Japan for the 2004 World Congress of ICFTU

I’m right now in the internet cafe in the Sheraton Ocean Hotel. I came to Japan yesterday after an urgent demand by my boss that I come as his representative to participate in the ICFTU 2004 World Congress in Miyazaki.

確定不帶notebook去了

前天Hotel le Dôme迅速的回覆了我的傳真詢問，但是並未清楚的告訴我到底他們房間裡的網路連線速度有多慢，以及到底要多少錢，所以剛剛我又傳真了一封短信過去：

很荒謬的，週一晚上，短短兩三個月內，我要第三次出國開會。這次是到布魯塞爾，也是我首次到一個舊地重遊的外國都市。

My Unbelievably Crazy Trip

Guess where I am? Singapore? No. I’m in the Dubai International Airport, where I’ll still have to wait for more than seven hours before my flight to Istanbul, Turkey. It’s totally different from my original plan, for I made a big mistake.

下一站：土耳其伊斯坦堡

是的，我又將要遠行了，如果這兩天準備的工作沒出差錯、沒在最後一刻被要求留下的話。這次是到土耳其，代表我老闆參加ICFTU-APRO的第十三次區域指導委員會議（13th Regional Steering Committee Meeting）。會議在26、27號兩天，但為了要全程參加，我就必須搭24號的飛機過去，29號的飛機回，中間都要經過新加坡轉機、並在杜拜加油。這將是我第一次造訪西亞、也是第一次到回教國家。

在新加坡

在老闆臨時授意之下，我代表他來到新加坡參加ICFTU-APRO的”財務與一般事務會議”。此刻我人正在位於Anson Road上的M Hotel旅館房內，用著公用的電腦，就像如同幾個月前朋友和社團學妹sunshine一樣，享受著快速但非常昂貴的連線服務。我這次碰到的費用居然還比她更貴上一倍，一天要新加坡幣35元，約合台幣693元！住兩天，就一千多塊了。
